Avocado Margarita


What you need: avocado, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, lime juice, ice cubes.AvocadoMargarita1

Place the ingredients (all except the ice cubes) in a blender then blend until smooth.AvocadoMargarita2

  • 1 whole avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ½ cup tequila
  • ¼ cup triple sec
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cup ice cubes
  • salt for rimming a glass
  1. Place avocado, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cubes and blend for 1 minute.
  3. Transfer to a salt-rimmed glass and serve.

  1. Healthy margaritas?? Yes please! I love avocado smoothies/milkshakes (I had a lot of those in Bali and Thailand), so I bet this will be awesome as well.
